hEaLtHy tHuRsDaY

Went for my facial yesterday. Only one word to describe and that's PAIN!!! Honestly saying, the extraction of blackheads and pimples are more painful than my brazilian wax lor. I can't imagine how many more times of painful extractions I have to go through to have a nice complexion. Actually hor, the torturous part is only the extraction. When they do the massaging and cleansing, its damn shiok lor. And the cold mask they did for me, very cooling and relaxing. Anyway, as advised by the facialist, I must really take great care of my skin. Due to the red spots caused by extractions, there will be no pictures posted today. And I didn't put on any makeup today. It's so ugly can. Hope it will heal properly by tomorrow for Apple's birthday. After checking my organiser, my schedule for today is jogging. Yeah! I think I am kinda addicted to jogging lately. Or maybe it's the feel good effect after the jogging. But I will not be jogging alone today because I have Esther and Kelly with me. They are kind of being motivated by me I think. *wink* Anyway, for those who are heading down to Devilsbar tomorrow night for Apple's birthday, hope to see all of you. Ciao~
